Drug bust
“Yes okay we’re on our way.Big bird this is base you are clear for take of over.’’ “Roger that base destination chapel road E.T.A 4 minutes over”. “Roger let us know when you get there over.’’ 4 minutes later. “base this is big bird were at the destination over.’’ “Roger that keep us informed over.’’ On board the big bird is pilot John Jones with 5 years experience,copilot is Dave Moss with 3 years experience,Constable James Adams with 2 years experience and dog handler Kerry Chang with 3 year old Ty.
“Big bird this is car one we have a possible address can you check it out over.’’ “Roger that what is the address over’’. “5 Kalberry place over.’’ “Turning on in fa red...We have a positive ID on the house it is so hot we can see 4 people on the inside over’’. “ Roger that Big bird can you stick around and watch out for for runners over.’’ “Roger.’’
Ding dong Crash!!!. “Get on the ground!! get on the ground now put your hands on your head!!’’. “
This is Big bird we have two runners driving a black Ferrari licence plate number Pt d0w Heading for high brook over”. “Roger that big bird stay with them we’ll get two cars to stay here and finish up can you call for back up over”. “ Sure base this is big bird we need backup we have a high speed chase in progress heading into town the suspects are driving a black Ferrari licence plate number pt d0w over” “Roger that back up is on it’s way.”
5 minutes later. weeho weeho chopa chopa. “Lay down road spikes now.” “Roger that road spikes are down”. “Whoa how did he dodge the road spikes okay set up another road block this time put the road spikes down on the left and cars on the right to force him over them over.” “Roger that road block set up...yes Ferrari has been stopped.’’ “This is big bird suspects are getting out of the car and are now running through a park and now have guns over.”
“Roger that letting the dogs go after them now over.’’ woof woof Bang!! yelp!! Bang!! yelp!!. “This is big bird both dogs have being shot and are on the ground it is too risky to send more dogs we’re going to use the sniper rifle.” Bang!! Bang!!. “both suspects are down to hard to see if dead or not approach with caution over.We need to refuel see you guys another day over and out.” “Roger that thanks for your help over and out.”
The runners were accused of murder of the dogs and position of drugs and were sentenced to life in Auckland prison and 2’000 hours community service. The others we’re sentenced to 5 hours community service and a police warning
